Job Context

    • The role of the Head of Promotion centers round Brand positioning, Strategy Building, and Designing 360 degrees campaigning to establish Institutional Brand. The person will be responsible to develop plans for promotion of Company`s services and taking necessary actions regarding integrated Brand Management. He/ She will directly involve in Developing Business Plans and Marketing Plans and as well as Marketing Strategies, and monitoring proper implementation to ensure Brand Objectives are achieved within the given Time-frame. He / She will also the Key Person to look after the proper execution of marketing and promotional activities to support the long term Branding Strategies of Saic Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement, modify and followup any internal and external promotional activities and action plan within Saic group and its institutions
  • Correction and finalize promotional budget with HOD concern
  • Create, Modify, Implement all strategical decision regarding the organizational goal
  • Advertisement material, Design development (Paper, Electronic Media etc) any other promotion related works
  • Prospectus, sign board, billboard, banner, festoon, leaflet, pad, envelope design develop and printing support
  • Analyze requisition related to departmental activities
  • Suggest and Assist any task related to the department
  • Any other Duties assigned by the Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Take proper steps for the management of the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
