Details Description of Social Activity for Integrated Community
Introduction
Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC) is a social serviceable organization in Bangladesh under Saic Group. The aim of Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC) is to develop the social development & enhance the socio-economic condition of Bangladesh by reducing unemployment and poverty. Since 2022 to now SAIC Group working with TVET sector as well as social development activities. The working areas of this organization are women empowerment activities, tree plantation, helps the poor society, working with climate change activities, pure water service in village, health service for poor society, diploma in engineering, Teachers Training, CNC Training, CBT&A based training, RPL, Certified Trainer & Assessor Training, etc.
Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC) is working to help the development of youths in the rural communities of Bangladesh. SAIC has technical wing to help provide in skills training to youths and to upgrade their knowledge and technical skills in the working world to become more competitive in the job markets.

Poverty & unemployment reduction from society through skills training, self-employment.
Objective
The main Objective of the SAIC is to improve the well-being of the poor, the ultra-poor, the underprivileged, the disadvantaged and the vulnerable communities and/or persons in Bangladesh. Provide quality training and education to create skilled manpower in different sector and reduce unemployment and poverty rate in Bangladesh to improve the socio-economic condition.
The specified objectives are:
- Ensure women empowerment and child rights
- Create scope to education for poor and disadvantaged community
- To provide quality technical training to unemployed youth so that can have employment opportunity in Bangladesh & overseas.
- To train unemployment youths on the changing requirements of the urban and rural areas.
- To Develop Human Resource by imparting technical & Vocational Training
- Improve public health proving with service delivery and making awareness
- Socio-economic development through Technical & vocational training & education in Bangladesh
- To promote the socio-economic development of rural and urban asset less poor, particularly the landless, disadvantaged adults and children.
- To undertake programs to eliminate illiteracy and facilitate access to education.
- Disaster risk reduction and mitigation
Executive Body
Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC) governing by a body of 07 members and they are the decision maker of the SAIC rules & regulation. They regulating the SAIC by follow the rules of Directorate of Social Welfare. The governing bodies are:

Social activities
a) Women skills development with skills training: Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC) has arranged skill training for women to enhance their skills in RMG sector to unemployed them.
b) Youth skill development programme: SAIC take initiative to develop youth skill development in construction, light engineering, agro, RMG, ICT and many more.
c) ICT Training programme: SAIC also arranged ICT training for school going student & and graduate with free of cost to develop ICT knowledge & skill in society.
d) Scholarship for poor student: In our society has many poor family. All are they not capable to bear their children education cost. Every year SAIC provide scholarship to poor student to continue their education.
e) Fund for flooded people: Fund for flooded people is one of the best social activities of Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC). In rainy season when village area flooded, SAIC donate flooded people.
f) Tree Plantation: Tree plantation is a climate change project o SAIC. Primarily SAIC inspire local people for tree plantation with Yearly Tree Plantation Programme in Bogura.
g) Winter cloths distribution programme:Every winter season SAIC arranged cloth distribution programme for ultra-poor people in urban & rural area.
h) We want a drug and terror free society: SAIC also arranged Seminer for College going student & and graduate Student knowledge Drug and Terrorism Free Seminar.
Training & job placement activities: In training & Education we provided our best to produce skill workers. We actually work with 360 hrs. Short courses, RPL, 4 years Diploma Engineering courses. After providing the training we offered the job for individual graduates in different industrial sections which conducts by our placement cell. The prime role of the placement cell is to introduce with new industries/factories for enhance the industrial linkage and make the opportunity for job placement.
Conclusion
Social Activity for Integrated Community (SAIC) is a well-organized social service organization in our country. They believe on their Excellency and dedication. The socio economic development, reduce unemployment & poverty reduction of our country is a big challenge and SAIC strongly trust that they have a little bit part to achieve the challenge of socio economic development. SAIC now works with some social activities with best quality of their level best performance.
If any GO’s or NG’s or Donor will support their social activities then SAIC will achieve their goal. And make a big role to socio economic development and human capital.
